Zillow creates their estimates based on a myriad of factors, from comparables to past solds as well as their own proprietary formulas, thereby creating, in my opinion, a reliable picture of the true worth of this Maui property (in fact, I believe 15800 Haleakala Hwy. is actually worth more than their estimate, due to the property's enormous potential). Take a look at the listing for 15800 Haleakala Hwy., and decide for yourself.
